Installation & Operation

  • ⚠️ Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm from the rear and side walls as well as from neighbouring large appliances.
  • ⚠️ Ensure a stable and level surface for installation.
  1. Remove all packaging materials, especially polystyrene from the baking chamber and beneath the fireclay bricks.
  2. Increase the temperature by 50 °C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for four hours, keeping the door open.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean the firebrick regularly with a brass brush to remove baking residues.
  • Avoid wet cleaning of the firebrick to prevent stress cracks.
